Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 / annual
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across the West region. You will identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals
- Managing all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and account management
- Cultivating sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers
- Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce with expertise
- Handling quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
You bring 3+ years of infrastructure technology sales experience with a demonstrated track record as a top 10% performer in competitive environments. You are an energetic, entrepreneurial team player with excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written). You have experience in high-velocity technology companies, are adaptable, and proficient with Salesforce.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with open source technology and experience with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
