Maven Clinic, the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own relationships with high-value employer accounts. This is a strategic, commercially-focused role—not a reactive support position—requiring accountability for net revenue retention, renewal health, and expansion readiness across a portfolio of large employer clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, driving enrollment and engagement while translating member clinical outcomes into quantifiable business value. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic account plans with expansion opportunities and competitive threat assessments; forecasting renewal health and proactively managing client risk with documented mitigation plans; identifying expansion signals (new populations, benefit additions, geographic growth) and developing Client Success Qualified Leads for the Sales team; partnering with Renewals and Sales as the account quarterback to ensure high-quality commercial handoffs with clear ROI narratives and stakeholder alignment; owning enrollment and engagement campaigns that deliver measurable client outcomes in coordination with health plan partners; delivering Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven business cases tailored to different stakeholder personas (CFOs, Benefits leaders, CHROs); consulting clients on program optimization using Maven's industry expertise and benchmark data; and maintaining high client satisfaction and loyalty scores. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Renewals teams, and work closely with health plan Account Executives to align on strategy while maintaining Maven's distinct value proposition. This role requires equal parts relationship depth, analytical rigor, and business acumen. Maven is a well-funded, award-winning company (Time 100, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fast Company Most Innovative) with $425M+ in funding, serving 2,000+ employers and health plans.
