As a Senior Client Manager, you will own Modern Health's employer relationships from launch through contract renewal, managing a portfolio of high-priority client accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 companies, partnering with senior HR executives and business leaders to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. Your responsibilities include building and managing relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of client accounts and serving as the face of Modern Health for highest-priority customers; conducting regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies; partnering with the Global Client Management team and internal product teams to drive continuous improvement; analyzing data and using insights to make strategic and consultative recommendations; and supporting sales initiatives by representing the Client Management organization and demonstrating how Modern Health supports and partners with customers.
Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships, are comfortable with data analysis, and are excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role. Modern Health is a fully remote, hyper-growth company with a culture centered on high empathy, high accountability, and a drive to win. The company requires overlapping hours; US-based team members outside Pacific time are expected to work at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm Pacific time daily.
