The company is redefining security analytics and operations, helping large enterprises improve detection, unlock security data value, and reduce complexity. With headquarters in New York and Tel Aviv, Vega is seeking a Senior Channel Manager to build and scale its channel ecosystem across the North Central region.
In this role, you will own Vega's channel strategy for the North Central territory, building and deepening relationships with key VARs, resellers, and strategic partners. You'll work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Alliances teams to generate partner-sourced pipeline, open doors into strategic accounts, and accelerate enterprise opportunities. Your success will be measured by making the channel a force multiplier for the regional sales organization.

You'll need 5+ years of channel sales, partner management, or alliances experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software. Strong relationships across the North Central cybersecurity channel ecosystem are essential, along with proven success generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You should have experience working with VARs, resellers, and strategic partners; deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles; and ability to build relationships from field sellers through executive leadership. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are required, along with a builder mentality and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Willingness to travel throughout the region for partner and customer engagements is expected.
Nice-to-have qualifications include existing relationships with partners such as GuidePoint, WWT, Optiv, SHI, CDW, or Trace3; experience building a channel territory for an early-stage cybersecurity company; familiarity with SIEM, security analytics, or security operations platforms; experience with MSSPs or technology alliance partners; and recent experience at Series B/C or similarly high-growth cybersecurity companies.
