The Senior Business Recruiter, GTM owns full-cycle recruiting for the go-to-market organization, partnering with leadership to attract and close top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
You will own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across multiple North American locations, managing the complete pipeline from sourcing through offer close. This includes building and maintaining high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referral cultivation, and strategic market mapping. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leading intake meetings, setting calibration bars, advising on market conditions, and resetting expectations when needed to ensure realistic hiring timelines.
The role requires driving process improvement and operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, implementing scalable workflows, and tracking recruiting metrics to inform strategic decisions. You'll manage competing priorities across multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
You bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM or business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships) at high-growth technology companies. You have demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, and manage stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing skills and creative pipeline-building approaches are essential, particularly in competitive talent markets. You excel at project management, juggling multiple requisitions, driving process improvements, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Clear, confident communication and high emotional intelligence enable you to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with poise.
