The Senior Business Recruiter, GTM will own full-cycle recruiting for Harvey's go-to-market functions, partnering with leadership to attract and close top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Reporting to the North America Business Recruiting team within Talent, this role is critical to scaling Harvey's revenue engine during a period of exceptional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through close) for GTM roles across multiple North American locations
- Building and maintaining high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referral cultivation, and market mapping
- Serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers: leading intake meetings, setting calibration bars, advising on market conditions, and managing expectations
- Driving process improvement and operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, implementing scalable workflows, and tracking recruiting metrics
- Managing competing priorities across multiple open requisitions while maintaining high-touch candidate experience and meeting aggressive timelines
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to GTM or business functions (Sales, CS, RevOps, Partnerships) at high-growth technology companies. You demonstrate strong ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, and manage stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments. You have a strong sourcing toolkit, excellent project management skills, and clear communication with high emotional intelligence. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities with poise.
