Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance, enabling businesses to manage the entire employee lifecycle in a single system. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, and Sequoia. The Business Operations team serves as Rippling's strategic strike force, architecting product development, go-to-market strategies, and operational scaling across the company. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be a world-class problem solver and first-principles thinker who builds solutions from 0-to-1, tackles the company's biggest strategic bets, and partners directly with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt down high-impact problems: Identify critical business friction points and build scalable solutions alongside senior leaders. - Master the revenue engine: Architect and refine monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies to accelerate market dominance. - Drive cross-functional projects: Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new initiatives and revolutionize operational systems. - Own your data: Dig into raw databases, build custom SQL queries, construct dashboards, and extract actionable insights independently. - Set the source of truth: Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to define, standardize, and scale operational metrics that steer the business. This role offers the ultimate launchpad into executive leadership at an ultra-high-growth company, with exposure to strategy, execution, and company-wide impact. Requirements: - 8+ years of battle-tested experience in top-tier management consulting, BizOps, VC/PE, or as a startup founder. Exceptional talent with fewer years but a proven track record of rapid acceleration will be considered. - Cross-functional mastery: Deep understanding of organizational dynamics in high-velocity tech environments. - Data-first instinct: Instinctively open a spreadsheet, code a query, or analyze a dataset before building presentations. - Extreme altitude-switching: Equally comfortable pitching strategy to C-suite executives and getting into the weeds with frontline operators. - Relentless ownership and grit: Full accountability, no excuses, permanent problem-solving. - High-conviction autonomy: Thrive in chaos, make sound calls with incomplete data, and move fast without waiting for a playbook.
