Rasa is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation across strategic enterprise accounts in the EMEA region. This is a full-time, 100% remote role based in the UK, reporting directly to the Manager of Global Business Development.
You'll represent the Rasa brand to enterprise prospects, researching accounts, identifying and qualifying leads, and maintaining high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social). You'll track interactions in Salesforce, collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to optimize the sales funnel, and consistently exceed quota targets. The role requires prospecting into complex organizations, engaging with senior buyers, and learning enterprise sales strategy alongside experienced Account Executives.
Rasa is the leader in generative conversational AI, enabling enterprises to build and deliver next-level AI assistants. The platform merges a state-of-the-art engine with a user-friendly low-code UI, runs in production at Fortune 500 companies and startups, and is backed by Accel, Andreessen Horowitz, and Basis Set Ventures.
You bring 2+ years of SaaS SDR/BDR experience, ideally targeting enterprise buyers. You're highly organized, coachable, and thrive on change. You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, a bias toward action, and genuine customer empathy. You understand and utilize AI tools to enhance your work and can operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. Nice-to-haves include knowledge of open source, machine learning, AI assistants, experience with Fortune 500 executives, and familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
