Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform connecting fans across commerce, collectibles, betting & gaming, live events, and digital experiences. The company operates a database of over 100 million global sports fans, partners with approximately 900 sports properties, and employs more than 22,000 people worldwide. This Senior Brand Marketing Manager role reports to the Senior Director of Fanatics App Brand Marketing and sits within the Fan Ecosystem team, which drives strategies to deepen customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and create seamless experiences across the Fanatics portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated brand marketing strategies that support enterprise-wide business priorities and customer engagement initiatives. You will lead cross-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, CRM, partnerships, events, app, and paid media. As the brand owner of the full funnel, you'll ensure campaign messaging and visuals are communicated consistently across all channels and partners while evolving messaging to support strategic business objectives. You'll translate consumer insights and business priorities into compelling brand narratives and campaign strategies, building executive-ready presentations that outline campaign strategies, performance updates, and future recommendations. Cross-functional leadership is central to the role: you'll partner closely with Product, Growth, Loyalty, Creative, Communications, Analytics, and Commercial teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and performance. You'll influence stakeholders across multiple organizations while balancing competing priorities and timelines, and coordinate campaign launches from concept through execution. The role requires leveraging customer research, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy. You'll identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value, and monitor industry trends across sports, entertainment, digital commerce, loyalty, and consumer marketing. You'll analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, partner with Analytics teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, and present results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Budget management for the brand budget is also part of the scope.
