As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be part of the US/UK squad based in the Warsaw hub, responsible for building and maintaining integrations that connect voize with senior care and hospital software platforms. Your mission is to ensure seamless data flow between voize's products and partners' systems. Your responsibilities include: - Developing interfaces and APIs that integrate voize with healthcare and senior care software ecosystems - Designing scalable, future-proof API solutions using REST or GraphQL - Taking end-to-end ownership of integration projects from conception through implementation and ongoing maintenance - Architecting thoughtful data models and sustainable solutions for complex healthcare systems - Collaborating closely with partners, clients, and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions - Contributing to industry standards for healthcare integrations You bring several years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Kotlin and Coroutines. You're skilled in API design and development, fluent in English (C1 level) for customer communication, and comfortable traveling to Germany every two months for team collaboration. voize offers a fast-paced startup environment where you'll tackle meaningful challenges, grow rapidly, and make real impact in healthcare.
