We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our high-performing, international engineering team. You will work on scalable, distributed systems that power our platform serving millions of users and billions in transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop backend services using Golang in a microservices architecture
- Build and maintain scalable, distributed systems handling high-load traffic
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
- Integrate third-party APIs and contribute to product development
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment
- Collaborate with an international engineering team
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- At least 2 years of professional Golang development
- Strong experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, GCP, GitLab, and microservices patterns
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Passion for clean code and maintainability
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
