We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our high-performing, international engineering team. You'll work on scalable, distributed systems that power our platform serving millions of users across the GCC region and beyond.
You bring 5+ years of backend engineering experience with at least 2 years working in Golang. You have a strong track record building and maintaining high-load, distributed architectures and are comfortable with our tech stack: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture. You've integrated third-party APIs and contributed meaningfully to product development.
You're passionate about writing clean, testable, and maintainable code. You work proactively and independently, with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher). You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and can guide technical decisions while contributing hands-on to the codebase.
