Port is building an open and flexible Agentic SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) Platform that serves as the central nervous system for engineering organizations. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own end-to-end design, implementation, and feature delivery with a primary focus on building the integrations infrastructure that powers Port's platform. Your core responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable connectors and integrations that connect external developer tools directly into Port at scale.
Beyond core technical work, you will contribute to team planning, help grow the engineering team's capabilities, and participate in recruitment efforts. You'll also contribute to Port's open-source projects, collaborating with developers worldwide and helping maintain the open-source ecosystem.
You will work closely with Product Managers to bring the Agentic SDLC platform to life, with your technical expertise directly shaping product development. You'll also engage with customers and the product community, gathering insights to ensure Port delivers the best possible developer experience.
