Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 / annual

Vestwell is a financial technology platform powering the savings economy, serving over 350,000 businesses and 2M active savers with $50B+ in assets across retirement, education, and healthcare savings. The company works with financial advisers, employers, third-party administrators, financial institutions, payroll providers, and government agencies. As a Senior Partner Success Associate, you will be a key member of the client-facing team, supporting partner relationships and driving repeat business. You'll work with diverse partner types including individual investment advisors, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), National Accounts, Enterprise Partners, and PEOs. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a small book of business consisting of partner relationships - Partnering with Partner Success Managers to identify new value creation opportunities - Supporting KPI achievement including repeat business, NPS, and churn reduction - Scheduling and preparing for partner business reviews, plan status updates, and health checks - Conducting education meetings for plan participants alongside Success Managers - Creating and maintaining comprehensive knowledge bases and wikis for the team - Managing administrative requests and maintaining CRM records - Answering inbound inquiries and ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up - Collaborating with product and internal stakeholders on platform enhancements - Understanding and explaining Vestwell's reporting functionalities to partners You'll need 3-5 years of client-facing experience, ideally with exposure to TPAs and PEOs. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. You should be detail-oriented, a confident self-starter, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Knowledge of retirement plans and financial products, plus ASPPA certifications, are valued but not required.
