This Senior Associate role is a hands-on individual contributor position within the regional marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Field and Partner Marketing EMEA. You will own field marketing initiatives across the UK and wider EMEA region, driving brand awareness and accelerating business growth through strategic execution. Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end field marketing initiatives such as event sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars; partnering with the Partner Marketing Manager on co-marketing activities with priority partners; leading project management and operations for field activities; collaborating with EMEA marketing and sales teams to develop localized collateral and event strategies; driving event ROI through clear KPIs, lead tracking, and performance optimization; and representing Airwallex professionally at key events as a trusted stakeholder contact. Required qualifications: 3+ years B2B marketing experience with strong field and event marketing focus; proven end-to-end event execution capability; strong project management and organizational skills with multitasking ability; cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, operations, and sales teams; familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools; excellent written and verbal communication; comfort in fast-paced global tech environments; and willingness to travel within Europe for key events. A plus: understanding of the UK ecosystem and key conferences with local vendor experience.
