Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Applied Value Engineer, you will work with strategic enterprise customers to unlock business value through AI-powered process intelligence solutions.
You will own the end-to-end customer value journey, from discovery through adoption and expansion. Your responsibilities include:
**AI Discovery & Solutioning**: Partner with customers to understand their AI strategy and business-critical challenges. Leverage deep process and industry expertise to identify the best problem-solution fit, translating customer requirements into innovative Celonis solutions that drive measurable impact.
**Value Identification & Framing**: Discover and translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases. Build compelling demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices. Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Value Realization**: Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale & Expansion**: Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion while providing product feedback to enhance the platform based on new use cases.
You will blend deep process and industry expertise with proven consulting and analytical skills, working across various industries including supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and BFSI. You'll collaborate with partners, services teams, and internal product development to accelerate platform adoption and secure long-term partnerships.
Required: 7+ years in analytical roles focused on demonstrating value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally in customer-facing roles (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Management Consulting) or enterprise inhouse roles (Center of Excellence). Strong knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (SAP, Oracle), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and process mining tools. SQL and Python experience preferred. Proven ability to identify business use cases, deploy improvements, and drive change adoption. Project management experience managing multiple accounts at different value journey stages. Executive stakeholder management skills required.
