Figma is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation to build and scale the systems, processes, and controls behind revenue generation and recognition. This role partners across RevOps, Business Systems, Billing Engineering, and Product to test and launch revenue-impacting system changes, translate business needs into technical requirements, and integrate new revenue streams. Key responsibilities include designing and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for revenue-impacting system changes, enhancements, new SKUs, and bug fixes. You'll contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and revenue-systems initiatives, support billing and revenue systems integrations including Stripe 3rd-party billing implementations, and help strengthen controls and SOX compliance by identifying gaps and supporting appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties. Additional responsibilities involve supporting new revenue streams and acquisitions by integrating Quote-to-Cash workflows, billing models, and data flows for accurate, automated invoicing and revenue recognition. You'll use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and support continuous improvement of the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. Required qualifications include 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue accounting, or finance systems. Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes (quoting, contracting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, ASC 606) is essential. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or major billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite is required. You should have experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting process or system changes, plus proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems with strong attention to detail. Desirable qualifications include experience in public-company or SOX environments, CPA and/or Big 4 revenue/technical accounting background, experience with usage-based pricing and associated billing models, and familiarity with NetSuite, Stripe Billing, Zone Billing, Snowflake, and data tools (SQL, HEX).
