Glean is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager to lead its industry analyst relations program. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be the primary driver of Glean's engagement with major research and advisory firms—including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, and emerging firms covering AI and enterprise search markets.
Glean is a Work AI platform that helps enterprises work smarter with AI. The company has evolved from advanced enterprise search into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean enables organizations to govern, scale, and customize AI across their business. The company has been recognized by Fast Company (Top 10 Most Innovative Companies, 2025), CNBC's Disruptor 50, Bloomberg's AI Startups to Watch, Forbes AI 50, and Gartner's Tech Innovators in Agentic AI.
In this hands-on, highly cross-functional role, you will:
• Schedule, prepare, and run analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory engagements with top-tier and emerging research firms.
• Lead Glean's participation in major industry evaluations—Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes—managing RFI/questionnaire responses, coordinating cross-functional input, and fact-checking draft analyst profiles.
• Identify and prepare internal spokespeople for each engagement (executive overview, product deep-dive, technical briefing) and own supporting materials and talk tracks.
• Build and execute analyst relations plans tied to major launches and company moments, including objectives, target lists, briefing cadence, and success metrics.
• Manage analyst firm subscriptions and contracts (seats, renewals, access tiers), serving as Glean's primary contact for Gartner, IDC, and other research-firm account teams.
• Serve as the face of Glean to the analyst community—managing relationships proactively, ensuring smooth handoffs during personnel transitions, and responding promptly to inbound requests.
• Conduct ongoing research on the analyst and competitive landscape to keep target analyst lists and coverage maps current.
• Coordinate analyst participation and logistics at major company and industry events (Glean:GO, AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next).
• Draft and distribute analyst-facing communications, including newsletters, product announcements, and briefing recaps.
• Track and report on analyst relations program outcomes—report mentions, positioning, briefing/inquiry volume—to Product Marketing and Communications leadership.
This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco office, with occasional travel for in-person analyst meetings, briefings, and industry events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of experience in analyst relations, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology/AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end participation in major analyst evaluations (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, or equivalent).
• Existing familiarity with—or demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships with—analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, and emerging research firms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for analyst audiences.
• Highly organized program/project manager who can juggle multiple deadline-driven submission cycles, briefing calendars, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable prepping and coaching executives and other spokespeople for high-stakes analyst conversations.
• Proactive, low-ego operator who can run a program independently while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Product, and executive stakeholders.
