The Senior Analyst, GTM Territory Planning role sits within the Territory Planning & Operations Management function and reports to the Sr. Manager or Director of GTM Territory Planning. This position is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and ongoing maintenance of territory models across Account Management, New Customer Acquisition, and Specialist organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine territory strategies
- Analyzing market data and organizational performance to inform territory design decisions
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of territory models
- Maintaining documentation and processes for territory planning
- Providing analytical insights to leadership on territory performance and effectiveness
- Working with sales operations and finance teams to ensure alignment on territory metrics and goals
This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic analysis and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with territory planning or sales operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
