As Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will be a core member of the finance team, driving strategic financial planning and analysis. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions (headcount, ARR growth, pipeline); performing in-depth financial analyses including budget variance analysis and monthly/quarterly/annual reviews; and developing automated reporting and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics.
You will champion the adoption of AI and LLM-powered workflows across the finance function, identifying high-impact use cases and enabling knowledge sharing. You'll research and analyze historical, current, and projected financial data to support planning, forecasting, and management decision-making. A significant portion of your role involves partnering with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity, building cross-functional relationships to align on assumptions and definitions, and translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant FP&A, Finance, or data-focused experience; advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets; and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and be motivated by supporting strategic decision-making and helping internal stakeholders succeed.
