Robinhood's Financial Operations group is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead regulatory compliance and financial reporting for the broker-dealer. The role sits at the intersection of finance, compliance, and operations—preparing and overseeing daily and monthly regulatory reports required by the SEC, FINRA, and other agencies. Key responsibilities include: - Preparing or assisting in producing required financial regulatory reports, including Reserve Computations and FOCUS reports - Leading the month-end accounting close process for the registered broker-dealer, including preparing accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports - Assembling data to complete daily regulatory reporting requirements - Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial and compliance deliverables You'll work in a detail-driven, fast-moving team that takes pride in getting the numbers exactly right. The role requires deep knowledge of broker-dealer accounting, regulatory processes, and controls. You'll collaborate with compliance, risk, and accounting teams to ensure the firm meets all regulatory obligations. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - 5+ years in finance at a bank or broker-dealer with expertise in regulatory reporting (15c3-3, Net Capital, FOCUS) - Strong accounting knowledge including entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis - Intermediate Excel and SQL skills; comfort with AI tools - Series 27 or 99 preferred (must obtain within 1 year if not held) - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Robinhood offers competitive compensation with bonus and equity, comprehensive benefits including 100% paid health insurance, flexible time off, and an exceptional office experience.
