Strong technical aptitude is essential—you should be comfortable building automation, directing contractors on configuration work, and operating as a systems generalist across a broad stack. Excellent cross-functional partnership skills are critical, as you'll work closely with multiple teams to design systems that serve their needs.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with CPQ and commission systems, HRIS/payroll systems, high-growth venture-backed tech companies, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms, and SOX controls in revenue cycle contexts.
The role is based in San Francisco with a requirement to work in-person 3+ days per week. Baseten offers competitive compensation with meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, flexible PTO with company-wide winter break, paid parental leave, fertility and family-building support, and 401(k) matching.
