Webflow, a web marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Compensation to lead the design, execution, and analysis of global incentive programs and non-standard deal structures. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will own the complete compensation lifecycle—from annual plan design through payouts—while managing deal strategy and financial impacts of custom pricing arrangements. Key responsibilities include: leading the annual sales compensation design process (metrics selection, plan structure, rollout, and enablement); administering sales compensation plans with accurate, timely commission and incentive payouts; partnering with Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to align compensation programs with business priorities and foster a pay-for-performance culture; delivering analytics and reporting on quota attainment, capacity modeling, and compensation effectiveness; and managing and developing a team focused on sales compensation and deal strategy, including oversight of non-standard deal financial analysis. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and HR to ensure compensation frameworks drive sustainable growth and motivate high performance. The role requires deep expertise in sales compensation plan development, administration, and communication across all organizational levels, combined with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Requirements: 8+ years in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or related field with minimum 1 year of people management experience. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights. Proficiency with compensation platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Experience with deal desk or custom pricing strategies is a plus. You should excel at cross-functional collaboration, influence senior leadership, and use data-driven insights to drive strategic improvements.
