The Senior Analyst, Business Health Finance role sits at the intersection of accounting, FP&A, and business partnering. You will own the cadence and coordination of the company's core financial workstreams—month-end close, quarter-end close, budgeting, and forecasting—ensuring they run smoothly and remain aligned across the organization. You'll serve as connective tissue between Accounting, Finance, and business partners, ensuring deadlines are met, information flows cleanly, and the planning process improves each cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
**Business Health:** Drive key performance indicators cross-organizationally, measuring and tracking accountability with business unit leaders. Coordinate and align month-end and quarter-end close workstreams across teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked and met. Serve as liaison between Accounting, FP&A, capacity planning, and business partners to ensure budget and forecast inputs are complete and on schedule. Identify gaps or bottlenecks in close, budget, and forecast processes, and drive improvements.
**Planning & Budgeting Project Management:** Own end-to-end project management of planning and budgeting workstreams—building timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and escalating risks. Maintain and improve the budgeting and forecasting calendar, templates, and process documentation. Partner with FP&A and department leaders to ensure submissions and updates are complete and delivered on time.
**Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects:** Support Finance leadership on strategic initiatives ranging from process improvement to special analyses. Synthesize findings and prepare materials for leadership and cross-functional audiences. Take on new workstreams as the business scales.
You'll bring 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance transformation, business operations, or related fields. Strong project management skills, familiarity with close and budgeting cycles, excellent cross-functional communication, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets is required; experience with financial planning tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus. Experience with capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy businesses, capacity planning, CAPEX budgeting, or presenting to senior leadership is valued.
