Salary: USD 220,000 - 280,000 / annual
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
In this Senior AI Product Manager role, you will own the Accounting Intelligence and AI platform end-to-end, including the agent framework, retrieval systems, and shared AI services that other teams depend on. You'll be responsible for building the evaluation systems that make accuracy a core feature—designing golden sets, regression checks, and traceability for every number. You'll shape the product roadmap alongside the pod's tech lead, owning key metrics like retention, activation, and expansion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the full product lifecycle for AI-driven accounting features shipped to external customers
- Designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to ensure AI reliability and accuracy
- Partnering with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs across multiple teams
- Improving internal processes, tooling, and operating models to accelerate shipping
- Conducting weekly customer conversations with power users, from API builders using Claude Code to Excel-native controllers
- Prototyping solutions, writing detailed specs, and working hands-on with engineers
- Setting the technical and product direction for the next generation of features (CFO insights, customer-configurable agents)
You'll work in a high-trust, high-speed environment with significant equity ownership and the opportunity to grow with one of the top AI companies. Your feedback directly shapes the product, and you'll own real customer journeys end-to-end rather than managing a backlog handed to you.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of a product area and ability to move real metrics
- Shipped LLM or agentic features to external customers in production
- Designed AI evaluation systems and understand how to assess when AI is working correctly
- Ability to go below the UI layer: understanding data models, pipelines, and how models fit into systems
- Experience building in high-stakes domains where incorrect answers carry real costs (fintech, payments, healthcare, legal)
- Hands-on builder mentality: you prototype, write specs, and work side-by-side with engineers
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Willingness to work in-person with an ambitious, fast-moving team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor)
- Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain expertise
- MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, Revenue)
- Technical background (Computer Science, engineering)
