Lucanet is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of its Intelligence Core and Lume—shared AI capabilities powering finance teams who require high-accuracy, trustworthy AI features. You will own the product roadmap, lifecycle, and go-to-market strategy for these advanced AI systems.
In this role, you will:
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and full lifecycle for the Intelligence Core and Lume, Lucanet's shared AI capability platform.
• Prioritize AI features using data-driven frameworks, tie each to measurable business outcomes, and track adoption post-launch.
• Define and own the AI evaluation strategy, including offline evaluation with curated datasets and benchmarks, plus online monitoring with live production quality signals.
• Establish and mature LLMOps best practices across the agent and product lifecycle; centralize AI product reporting and metrics.
• Run customer discovery and early-access programs with working prototypes to validate solutions before committing to development paths.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across R&D, aligning Product, Engineering, Delivery, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams. You lead through influence rather than formal authority.
• Track the AI frontier—new model releases, research, tooling, and techniques—and translate emerging opportunities into concrete product initiatives for finance use cases.
• Contribute to AI pricing, packaging, and enablement; provide value-proposition briefs to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success.
You will report into the Product AI leadership team and work within a small, highly talented AI product team that values pragmatic collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, and continuous learning at the fast-moving edge of AI.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven track record owning the roadmap and lifecycle of an enterprise software product, from discovery through launch, using customer discovery and product analytics to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of modern AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG, agents, agentic harness, prompt and context engineering, and fine-tuning vs. prompting trade-offs. Depth in at least one area such as Agent UX, LLMOps, or AI evaluation is required.
• Ability to track the AI frontier (new model releases, research, tooling, techniques) and quickly assess what matters for finance use cases.
• Daily hands-on use of LLMs and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to prototype ideas and turn concepts into working demos within hours.
• Pragmatic, collaborative, low-ego mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to lead through influence without formal authority, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-moving AI environment.
