Monday.com is building an AI-Native track within its partner program to recruit, activate, and scale two categories of partners: ISVs building AI agents on the platform, and delivery partners rebuilding their services around agentic workflows. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to Global Partner Programs with high visibility to leadership. While not a people-management position on day one, it may grow into one as the track scales. You will own the full lifecycle of the AI-Native partner program: recruiting and qualifying both ISV/Build partners and AI-Delivery partners against defined technical and capability bars; designing and running the activation path including sandbox access, certification curricula, and enablement content; standing up and operating the quality and security review gate that partner-built agents must clear before reaching customers; defining and tracking key metrics (apps published, certified reps active, pipeline sourced, time-to-activation); running a 90-day pilot cohort and translating learnings into a scalable process; integrating the AI-Native track into the existing partner ecosystem; partnering with marketplace/ISV teams on distribution and revenue-share mechanics; partnering with enablement, marketing, and regional leadership on co-sell motion and certification pathways; representing the voice of AI-Native partners internally to surface product, policy, or process blockers; and staying current on how comparable platforms evolve their AI/agent partner programs. Monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers across departments to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform. The company operates with an ownership-driven culture and moves fast to build things that matter. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in partner/channel/ISV programs, technology partnerships, or developer ecosystem roles, ideally in B2B SaaS - Direct experience standing up or significantly reshaping a partner program or partner track from scratch (not just running an existing one) - Working fluency with how AI agents/apps are built and reviewed: ability to ask technical partners sharp, credible questions about data handling, reliability, and behavior without necessarily writing code - Comfort operating in ambiguity; this track lacks an established playbook and you will write a meaningful part of it - Track record of cross-functional work with security, legal, product, and marketplace teams - Strong program-management fundamentals: defining metrics, running pilots, turning learnings into repeatable processes - Excellent written and verbal communication for translating between technical partners, internal engineering, and executive stakeholders NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with ISV/marketplace partner programs (Salesforce AppExchange/Agentforce, ServiceNow Store, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, or similar) - Experience designing or operating partner-facing certification programs - Background in security, trust & safety, or technical review processes for third-party software or AI systems - Existing relationships in the AI/agent-builder partner ecosystem
