Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered observability features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents. You'll take ownership of developing high-performance AI solutions, including LLM- and agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
Key responsibilities include: building and delivering AI solutions that integrate with observability data and tools; rapid prototyping and iteration with real users; cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and data analysts to shape AI-driven features; and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
You'll work in a highly autonomous, collaborative environment where engineers are empowered to make decisions and move quickly. The company invests heavily in developer productivity, providing access to modern AI coding assistants (GPT-Codex, Claude Opus, Gemini Pro) with company-funded usage budgets to accelerate prototyping and development.
