As Senior Agency Partnerships Manager, you will drive revenue growth and expand Fever's client pipeline across agency and direct channels. Working closely with the Associate Director, you'll leverage your sales expertise to secure new partnerships and elevate Fever's market positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients
- Driving revenue growth by hitting and exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Coordinating internal resources to develop winning experiential responses and campaign pitches
- Managing client briefs from initial consultation through successful campaign delivery
- Leading high-value client pitches and organizing client entertainment initiatives
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the Brand Partnerships offering
- Identifying emerging trends in social media and entertainment to articulate strategic opportunities
You bring 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or brand partnerships roles. You have a proven track record building direct client and agency relationships (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas). You excel at creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making, possess excellent presentation and communication skills, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude. You're comfortable working through ambiguity and are skilled at crafting compelling slide decks and written pitch materials. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
The role offers base salary plus stock options as part of an attractive compensation package.
