You will join the LATAM Account Management team as a Senior Account Manager, driving growth of commercial partnerships in Brazilian and Mexican markets. This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, requiring fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to key partners, negotiating long-term agreements and strengthening client relationships
- Translating performance data into actionable strategy to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns for measurable results
- Collaborating with internal product, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver impactful partner solutions
- Leading partner performance reporting and communicating results to ensure alignment with client and internal objectives
- Taking ownership of special initiatives to strengthen team expertise and drive continuous improvement
- Representing Atolls at industry events
You bring 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or commercial account management, ideally with exposure to the Mexican market. Technical skills include affiliate marketing knowledge and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You demonstrate strategic storytelling, structured problem-solving, and a collaborative, execution-focused mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
