As Senior Account Manager for SME & Growth, you will own and expand a strategic portfolio of existing customer accounts in the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive account plans, driving product adoption, deepening customer relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will serve as the trusted bridge between customers and Airwallex, understanding their business objectives and translating their needs into multi-product solutions. Key responsibilities include managing complex technical discussions and commercial negotiations for high-value opportunities, proactively identifying and closing upsells, and acting as a strategic advisor to help customers maximize Airwallex value. You will operate with ownership and agility in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving revenue targets while coaching junior team members and driving key go-to-market initiatives. You bring 4+ years of customer-facing account management or sales experience, ideally in technology, software, fintech, or payments. You demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, proven success exceeding commercial targets in high-pace environments, and expertise managing complex multi-product accounts. Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to use data to shape account strategy are essential. You possess solid API knowledge and technical aptitude to understand complex requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to influence across technical, commercial, and senior stakeholder groups. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. The UK team is 110+ employees working hybrid, with 3 days per week required in the London office at Wells & More in Fitzrovia.
