Salary: USD 117,250 - 135,000 / annual

Verse Medical is a Series C healthtech company (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, Sapphire Ventures) building modern software infrastructure to coordinate care delivery across providers, payors, and patients. The company is replacing fragmented, outdated healthcare systems with a connected platform that enables hospital-quality care everywhere. As Senior Account Manager – Partnerships, you will own the full commercial relationship with Verse's key DME (durable medical equipment) supplier partners. This role blends day-to-day account management with real commercial responsibility and requires frequent, high-volume external communication. Key responsibilities include: - Managing a portfolio of partner accounts, from onboarding through ongoing relationship management - Negotiating partnership terms and SLAs with new and existing partners, balancing partner priorities with reliable patient delivery - Training partners on their obligations, processes, and the Verse platform - Holding partners accountable to SLA commitments through daily outreach and performance monitoring - Building and maintaining long-term relationships; coaching underperforming partners and making exit decisions when necessary - Surfacing partner feedback to inform product and process improvements - Working cross-functionally with Operations, Strategy & Ops, and Go-To-Market teams to resolve issues and roll out improvements You'll need 2–5+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing account management role with exposure to commercial negotiation. Strong external communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential. You must be comfortable in a high-volume, phone-driven environment and confident having direct conversations about performance. Experience training external stakeholders on new processes or platforms is valuable. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple competing priorities, and comfortable interpreting performance data to inform decisions. Compensation: $117,250–$135,000 base salary. Benefits include 100% health insurance premium coverage, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
