As Senior Account Manager in Paris, you will drive growth and performance of a strategic restaurant partner portfolio while mentoring junior Account Managers.
Key responsibilities include: managing and developing a portfolio of strategic restaurants across the Paris metropolitan area with high-value support tailored to partner needs; acting as a reference point for Account Managers on operational subjects, tools, and daily processes while sharing best practices and building team capabilities; and contributing to regional strategic vertical development by piloting growth initiatives.
You will analyze portfolio performance and define strategic priorities, establish growth objectives and action plans leveraging key levers (operational optimization, promotions, advertising, marketing), optimize portfolio profitability with personalized long-term support backed by data, actively mentor Account Managers through tool development and process optimization, contribute to team development by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new hires, lead execution of key business initiatives at city and national levels, and assist leadership in analyzing city performance and identifying opportunities.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in a similar role; strong negotiation and portfolio management skills with ability to anticipate commercial discussions, negotiate complex contracts, and optimize P&Ls for both Deliveroo and partners; strategic vision with results orientation, managing portfolio across short/medium/long term while aligning with Deliveroo strategy; influence and relational leadership to build durable partnerships and drive cross-departmental collaboration; project management and autonomy to pilot complex projects independently and on schedule; fluent English (written and spoken).
