Kpler is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its Maritime division in Northwest Europe, based in London. You will drive revenue expansion across key maritime accounts, partnering with industry leaders to transform complex maritime data into high-value commercial solutions that inform their strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key maritime accounts across Northwest Europe and consistently exceeding annual sales targets. You will identify, cultivate, and close strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with evolving client intelligence needs. As a commercial business partner, you will contribute directly to sales forecasting, multi-year planning, demand analysis, and pipeline metrics. You will gather direct market, product, and competitor intelligence from client interactions to inform Kpler's product roadmap and commercial strategy. Maintaining rigorous CRM data integrity in Salesforce is essential to support transparent forecasting and seamless cross-functional collaboration. You will negotiate multi-year contracts and commercial terms that secure profitable agreements while maintaining full compliance with company policies. Required experience includes extensive commercial background in B2B account management or sales roles, with direct domain exposure to maritime, energy, or commodities sectors (maritime experience strongly preferred). You should have a proven background selling data, analytics, or SaaS platforms within technology or data vendor environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving account expansion, generating outbound opportunities, and closing complex deals. Strong negotiation capabilities and an active, proactive commercial mindset are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel across Northwest Europe are required. Nice-to-haves include hands-on proficiency with modern commercial enablement tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and fluency in additional European languages.
