Salary: SGD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual
Liftoff is an AI-powered performance marketing platform serving the mobile app economy. As a Senior Account Manager on the APAC Demand Team, you will manage key customer relationships across Southeast Asia and Greater China, serving as a strategic growth partner to mid-to-senior level clients.
You will own revenue expansion, executive alignment, strategic roadmap discussions, and long-term partnership development. Your portfolio will include mobile advertisers across gaming, social, finance, ecommerce, and entertainment sectors. You'll launch campaigns, define strategies, upsell services, and align internal resources to execute client goals.
Key responsibilities include managing a revenue-generating portfolio of mobile advertisers, partnering with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Creative, Product, Operations) to deliver best-in-class support and campaign optimization, developing strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives, analyzing complex datasets to drive account growth, forecasting revenue and managing pipeline health, building relationships from mid-level POCs to senior director levels, and consulting clients on adtech strategy.
You'll report directly to the Sr. Manager, Existing Business and work from the Singapore CBD office at least 1-2 days per week, with quarterly business travel expectations across APAC and internationally.
Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5-7+ years of work experience, minimum 3-5 years in account management or enterprise sales (preferably ad tech, mobile marketing, fintech, gaming, or digital consulting). You must have a proven track record managing revenue quotas, strong project management and negotiation skills, comprehensive understanding of mobile app and digital media ecosystems, strong analytical mindset with data tools experience (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce a plus), excellent communication and presentation skills, and business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English. SEA language proficiency is a plus.
