Salary: USD 110,000 - 159,000 / annual
Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform (NYSE: IBTA) seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and client success within its enterprise sales organization. You will own strategic, enterprise-level client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact and directly accountable for revenue growth, upsells, and renewals alongside Client Partners. Your responsibilities include managing shared account-level quotas, leading campaign planning and execution with a focus on ROI maximization, and identifying whitespace to develop client-specific growth strategies. You will deliver data-backed performance updates, train clients on product capabilities, and resolve campaign issues with urgency while maintaining a "Care More" mindset that reinforces client loyalty.
You will operate with a revenue-first mindset, managing priorities independently and proactively seeking opportunities to close new revenue. Key activities include building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across brand partners, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor, leading revenue-generating conversations with confidence, and collaborating closely with internal sales and cross-functional partners to align on revenue goals. You will travel up to 40% to support in-person sales meetings, client relationship development, and industry events. The role requires identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance team efficiency and support overall revenue targets.
Required qualifications: 5+ years managing campaigns and client relationships with demonstrated quota attainment or sales success; Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in G Suite, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, with Looker or similar data aggregation tools a plus; experience managing highly strategic enterprise-level accounts; strong business acumen to identify client needs, align solutions, and negotiate win-win outcomes; and effective written and verbal communication skills. The position is hybrid in Denver (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), though candidates in select cities (Atlanta, Austin, Bentonville, Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Jersey City, Minneapolis, Nashville, NYC, LA, SF, Seattle, St. Louis) may be eligible for remote work. Must be a US resident.
