Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. The company applies 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify top-performing doctors and uses incentives to steer members to higher-quality care. In five years, Garner has helped 2.5 million people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. The company recently raised Series E funding and has doubled five years running.
As a Senior Account Executive for the West region, you will report directly to the VP of Employer Sales - West and own revenue responsibilities for a territory covering CA, NV, AZ, UT, OR, ID, MT, HI, WA, and AK. You will focus on the 200-999 life segment, managing relationships within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
Key responsibilities include: carrying your own quota and activating new brokers; deepening relationships with partners already producing for Garner; opening the next wave of top-producing advisors; filling your own pipeline; running deals end-to-end; and establishing tracking systems to keep your territory predictable. This is a build-and-close role where every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members.
You should have experience in a quota-carrying broker-channel sales role or experience as a broker. Benefits-adjacent sales experience is valuable; healthcare experience is a plus but not required. You'll need strong presentation and communication skills, ability to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment, and genuine alignment with the mission to improve the healthcare system. The role emphasizes accountability to measurable outcomes and engagement with AI tools as part of your work.
Compensation is $200,000–$235,000 total comp (base + bonus), with eligibility for equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) match, FSAs, and Teladoc Health.
