Braze is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a strategic portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in media, entertainment, gaming, and sports. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at household-name brands, driving thought leadership on streaming, sports betting, gaming, and news media engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing executive relationships, managing account retention and expansion for existing high-profile clients, identifying and pursuing net-new strategic enterprise opportunities, and implementing consultative, value-based selling approaches. You will develop cohesive multi-threaded account plans that align internal teams (customer success, product, leadership) with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution across complex organizational dynamics. You will leverage Salesforce and modern revenue management tools to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, educate clients on digital engagement trends, and position Braze as a strategic partner. The role requires navigating dynamic industry landscapes frequently reshaped by M&A activity, balancing aggressive top-line growth with retention of existing account ecosystems. Required qualifications: 10+ years in strategic SaaS sales focused on large enterprise clients, with proven track record working with major brands in media, entertainment, gaming, or sports. Deep domain familiarity with streaming, news media, or sports betting is essential. You must demonstrate exceptional business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to set compelling vision and strategy that enables team execution across multiple workstreams. Comfort with complex solution selling, Business Value Assessments, and value-based methodologies required. Experience navigating M&A-driven industry environments is critical.
