Braze is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts in media, entertainment, gaming, and sports while pursuing net-new enterprise opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at household-name brands, driving strategic vision on streaming, sports betting, gaming, and news media engagement. Key responsibilities include building executive partnerships with top-tier brands; serving as an industry thought leader on engagement strategies; managing account retention and expansion for high-profile clients; identifying and pursuing net-new strategic enterprise accounts; implementing consultative, value-based selling approaches; developing multi-threaded account plans that align internal and external stakeholders; collaborating cross-functionally with customer success and product teams; educating clients on digital trends; and managing pipelines using Salesforce and Clari. You bring 10+ years of strategic SaaS sales experience focused on large enterprise clients, with proven success working with household-name brands in media, entertainment, gaming, or sports. You have deep domain familiarity in streaming, news media, or sports betting. You combine exceptional business acumen with high emotional intelligence, enabling you to build trust and drive complex negotiations. You excel at setting compelling vision and strategy that enables teams to execute across multiple workstreams independently. You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments shaped by M&A activity and are skilled at both defending high-value accounts and uncovering net-new revenue. You have expertise in complex solution selling, business value assessments, and value-based selling methodologies.
