Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign how healthcare works. The company applies 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify top-performing doctors and uses incentives to steer members to higher-quality care. In five years, Garner has helped 2.5 million people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. The company recently raised Series E funding and has doubled five years running. As a Senior Account Executive for the Southwest region, you will own revenue responsibilities for a specific territory covering AR, LA, TN, MS, TX, WY, NM, and CO, focusing on the 200-999 life segment. You will report directly to the VP of Employer Sales for the Southwest region. This is a quota-carrying, build-and-close role where you fill your own pipeline, run deals end to end, and establish tracking systems to keep your territory predictable. Key responsibilities include: owning revenue targets for your Southwest territory; continuing and expanding existing broker relationships; and developing foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking sales and partnership pipelines. Your focus is relationship management within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. Every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members. You should have experience in a quota-carrying broker-channel sales role or experience as a broker yourself. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. You need strong ability to present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders, a desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment, and genuine commitment to improving the healthcare system. The role demands high standards, accountability to measurable outcomes, and comfort engaging with AI tools as part of your work. Compensation is $200,000–$235,000 total comp (base + bonus), with equity participation, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision options, 401(k) match, and other benefits.
