NerdWallet Small Business is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales and manage the complete customer lifecycle for small business lending solutions. In this role, you'll own the entire sales process from initial outreach through deal closure, working with business owners to identify their financial needs and match them with optimal lending partners from NerdWallet's network.

Key responsibilities include managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently hitting KPIs, multitasking across multiple prospects, and thriving in a collaborative sales floor environment. You'll need to think on your feet, handle objections from diverse business owners, and continuously improve based on feedback.
The position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona with an in-office expectation. However, after completing training (typically months 4-6), you'll have flexibility to work remotely up to 20% of the month from anywhere in the continental US, provided you meet performance standards.

Additional upside includes uncapped commission, sales milestone bonuses starting at $2,000, and eligibility for sales contests and other incentive programs.
Benefits include industry-leading medical, dental, and vision coverage; flexible PTO plus 11 holidays; new parent leave; mental health support; paid sabbatical after 5 years; FSA/HSA with company contributions; wellness, cell phone, and WiFi stipends; 401(k) with 4% match; and access to a Certified Financial Planner for financial guidance.
