Garner Health is transforming the U.S. healthcare system by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare delivery. The company uses 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties and a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify top-performing doctors, then steers members toward higher-quality care through compelling incentives. This approach has helped 2.5M people access better care and saved $1B in healthcare costs in five years. The company recently closed Series E funding and has doubled revenue five years running. As a Senior Account Executive for the Mid-Central Region, you will own revenue responsibilities for a territory covering MI, IN, OH, KY, MD, DC, VA, and WV, focusing on the 200-999 life segment. You report directly to the VP of Employer Sales for the Mid-Central region. This is a quota-carrying, build-and-close role where you fill your own pipeline, run deals end-to-end, and establish tracking systems to keep your territory predictable. Key responsibilities include: owning revenue targets for your specific territory; continuing and expanding existing broker relationships; and developing foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking sales and partnership pipelines. Your focus is relationship management within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers. Every partner you activate puts higher-quality, lower-cost care in reach for more members. The ideal candidate has experience in quota-carrying broker-channel sales or as a broker themselves. You should have experience selling benefits-adjacent products (healthcare experience is a plus but not required), strong presentation and communication skills, and a genuine desire to work on problems that matter. The role demands someone energized by measurable outcomes and willing to engage with AI tools as part of their work process. You'll work in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside, alongside exceptional, principles-based people committed to systemic healthcare reform.
