As Senior Account Executive for the UK and Ireland region, you will be a key driver of business expansion, responsible for establishing and scaling customer relationships across the UK's P&C and Health insurance ecosystem. You will manage C-level relationships with insurers, federations, associations, and strategic partners, developing and executing a territory strategy to exceed revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities include: representing Shift across the UK and Ireland; developing strategic territory plans aligned with revenue targets; identifying and qualifying new opportunities and decision-makers; building and maintaining C-level relationships within the insurance ecosystem; independently and collaboratively solving deal-level challenges; and preparing proposals and contracts for customers.
You bring at least 7 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record closing large, complex deals ($300K+ multiyear contracts). You have deep knowledge of the UK insurance ecosystem and preferably SaaS sales experience. You excel at pipeline development, qualification, and closure; thrive in fast-paced environments; demonstrate strong negotiation and storytelling skills; and can identify stakeholders and build consensus quickly. You are a strategic problem-solver who manages multiple opportunities simultaneously and can tailor communication to customer needs with confidence.
