As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive enterprise customer acquisition and retention, focusing on large Venture Capital funds and alternative investment managers. This is a pivotal commercial role during high-growth momentum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquire new Enterprise customers through inbound and outbound strategies across European markets
- Co-build commercial acquisition strategy for new customer segments, particularly large VC funds
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Partners, CFOs, COOs, and angel investors
- Understand prospect pain points and develop targeted account plans with demand generation and closing strategies
- Monitor competitive landscape to create winning proposals and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on demand generation and customer engagement
- Build business cases demonstrating ROI and business value for prospects
- Nurture client relationships and ensure long-term retention through process excellence
You bring at least 5 years of Account Executive or commercial sales experience, ideally within private investment markets. A local network of VC fund managers in London or Europe is a strong differentiator. You excel at relationship-building and communication, gaining trust through authenticity and expertise. You're results-oriented, customer-centric, and operationally excellent in SaaS sales—skilled at optimizing sales processes, analyzing conversion rates, managing sales funnels, and ensuring pipeline efficiency. Business-level English fluency required.
