Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. Fever for Business (F4B) is the B2B division that provides live experiences as a service to corporate clients, schools, and global brands—from intimate Candlelight Private Concerts to large-scale multi-city activations.
You will join as a Senior Account Executive to drive growth of the F4B unit, managing a targeted book of business within Strategic and Enterprise segments. You'll own the full relationship lifecycle with enterprise and strategic prospects, advise on their culture and entertainment needs, and execute deals that drive net new revenue. Your consultative selling expertise, deal execution capability, and ability to align cross-functionally will be critical to accelerating B2B expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Own relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage pipeline creation and deal cycles using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies
- Drive new logo growth and land-and-expand motions with top-tier customers
- Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders across your territory
- Craft creative outreach strategies to build pipeline quality
- Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment while staying organized and adaptable
The role is hybrid based in Sydney (with Melbourne office option), offering a dynamic international team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Growth mindset: coachable, data-driven, organized, optimistic
- Fluency in English; additional languages a strong plus
