As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive revenue growth through inbound sales while building scalable systems and processes for the sales function. You'll be the first point of contact for parents and students, setting the tone for their entire experience and guiding them through one of life's most meaningful decisions.
Key responsibilities include leading consultative intro calls with prospects to understand goals and recommend appropriate programs; owning relationships from first touch through enrollment by building trust and ensuring smooth experiences; strategically following up to anticipate concerns and drive conversions; experimenting with scripts and messaging to improve enrollment rates; closing deals across multiple programs while meeting monthly and quarterly targets; collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams; staying informed on competitors and market trends to provide feedback to leadership; leveraging HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle; and supporting customer success for newly enrolled students.
You bring 3–5 years of inbound sales experience in service-oriented or consultative environments with sales cycles under 2–3 months. You have a proven track record selling premium service packages (ACV $5,000+) and exceeding targets. You possess excellent communication skills, strong CRM proficiency (ideally HubSpot), comfort with data and reporting, and the ability to build and interpret dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets. Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales is a plus.
