As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, targeting Global 2000 companies in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy & utilities, and healthcare & life sciences.
Your responsibilities include driving net-new customer acquisition through targeted outbound activity and executive relationship building; owning the complete sales process from initial outreach through deal close; generating and maintaining your own pipeline; serving as a trusted advisor to prospects to understand their challenges and tailor solutions; leveraging senior-level relationships to drive strategic partnerships; aligning with partners and systems integrators; and collaborating cross-functionally with customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture teams.
You should have 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience closing transformational 7-figure deals with Global 2000 customers. Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) plus English is required. You need depth in at least two priority sectors and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Experience with complex enterprise solutions, technical products, private/on-premise deployments, and AI/NLP solutions is preferred. Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements is essential. You thrive in ambiguity, can operate as both doer and strategist, and can creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
