Black Forest Labs is the team behind Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX—foundational generative AI models used by millions of creators, developers, and businesses worldwide. Headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with growing presence in San Francisco, the company is scaling its commercial operations to accelerate enterprise adoption of its advanced generative models. As Senior Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end commercial journey for enterprise and strategic partnerships, translating deep technical interest into durable, long-term customer relationships. You'll manage complex, non-standard engagements involving APIs, on-premises deployments, and custom licensing arrangements. Key responsibilities include: owning the full sales cycle from discovery through close and expansion across startups, scaleups, and enterprises; running multi-stakeholder deals involving technical buyers, executives, and legal teams; designing and executing sales motions for APIs and on-prem deployments; building customer relationships that drive retention and expansion; partnering with solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineers, product, research, and legal on bespoke deals; translating customer needs into actionable product feedback; and helping define early commercial processes and playbooks as the company scales. You bring proven success closing technically complex B2B deals and operating effectively without established playbooks. You have strong judgment navigating long sales cycles, competitive environments with ambiguous requirements, and evolving products. You're experienced selling technical products to tech executives and ML teams, can discuss model capabilities and integration tradeoffs with technical buyers, and have a track record managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals. Strong negotiation skills across pricing and custom commercial terms, ability to build and scale pipelines across deal sizes, and comfort shaping process in fast-moving environments are essential. The role is office-based in Freiburg with flexibility for remote-first arrangement requiring one full week in office per month. The company maintains distributed teams across multiple European cities and San Francisco, with structured in-person time to support collaboration.
