Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform powered by AI music generation. As SEM Manager, you'll own paid search acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, and emerging platforms, managing budgets exceeding $20M annually across international markets. You'll drive user acquisition, subscription growth, and team acquisition KPIs globally while optimizing campaigns across web and app surfaces. Your responsibilities include budget and bid management, audience strategy, campaign performance analysis, and identifying growth opportunities to improve channel efficiency. You'll proactively diagnose performance trends, deliver actionable insights to the growth team, and build internal tools using AI and data pipelines to remove operational blockers. Collaboration is central to the role. You'll work closely with the SEM Lead, Paid Social, Data Science, Finance, and Creative teams to share keyword and copy insights, solve data gaps with Engineering, and answer complex attribution questions with Data Science. You'll manage channel partner relationships including beta access, product roadmap input, and spend reconciliation. You'll develop a testing roadmap leveraging industry knowledge and platform betas to identify untapped potential and explore new campaign structures. Required: 4+ years SEM/paid search experience with deep platform expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and cross-channel overlap. You must have managed large media budgets in highly competitive industries with international campaign experience, particularly in non-English markets. Hands-on expertise with bulk and offline editors, UAC dynamics, and MMPs is essential. You're comfortable with goal ambiguity, excel at explaining SEM auction dynamics to non-technical teams, and collaborate effectively with Data and Engineering partners. Proficiency with AI tools like Claude is expected; Excel expertise and SQL knowledge are valuable. You must be eligible to work in the US and willing to work 5 days per week in the NYC office.
