Relay is a digital banking platform serving self-made business owners with tools for financial clarity and cash flow management. As a Segment Marketing Manager, you'll own end-to-end verticalized demand generation campaigns, building integrated multi-channel motions that span strategy, execution, and measurement.
You will own the campaign framework and launch for core verticals, building strategy and assets while driving integrated motions through the full funnel. You'll build and manage 12-month evergreen calendars for each vertical, coordinating quarterly activations including webinars, events, sponsorships, content, and offers. Your role requires orchestrating across the marketing organization—content, brand, influencer, performance, growth, and web teams—to align on audience, messaging, and next actions.
You'll identify where vertical audiences congregate, test new platforms and channels to reach them at scale, and convert early signals into repeatable plays. You'll partner with Brand, Web, and Lifecycle teams to optimize conversion moments from landing pages through nurture sequences. You'll set performance baselines, report on cost per approval and customer quality, and make strategic decisions on what to keep, pivot, or kill. Finally, you'll systematize what works and help shape how the broader GTM organization runs integrated campaigns.
This role requires 3–6 years of B2B demand generation or integrated campaign management experience, with demonstrated end-to-end campaign ownership. You're a quarterback who translates strategy into coordinated plans across many teams, prioritizing quality over volume. You're a strong cross-functional partner with Brand, Performance, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, turning relationships into productive collaborations. You're detail-oriented, comfortable building from scratch without existing playbooks, and use data to shape campaigns rather than just report on them. You're a clear communicator who runs briefs, retros, and keeps multi-team campaigns on track. The role is based in Toronto with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
